Climate control problem

Climate control problem
After a drive up in the mountains in this beautiful October weather with red and gold colors everywhere, my wife tells me she's cold on her side of the cabin. I increase the temp by 1°. I have my climate control on auto permanently with air con and 21° or 22° as permanent temp. She says that its still cold.... I don't believe her and tell her to stop grumbling. I'm getting hotter and hotter. She repeats that she's cold. So I am nice and put my hand on the right side vent.... COLD Air 
Bottom right vent.... COLD Middle right vent.... COLD . All my vents are nice and warm. So what could be the problem?? Any idea?? I could pull the climate control codes as per a DIY thread on here recently, but before doing that, I would appreciate some indications where to look. Thanks in advance
