CLK 55 Engine for Sale Cheap
I was told posting my used '02 CLK 55 engine that is for sale in this thread may get me some luck with selling it.
The engine has about 100k on it. The engine still runs and has full power. There is a ticking noise in the engine. One piston/ring/ring landing in one cylinder is the culprit? Not exactly sure which one but I was told the problem was piston related. I didn't want to wait for the engine to be rebuilt so I purchased a replacement because I am trying to sell the car and I am pressed for time. I am not one to screw people so instead of selling the car with a known problem I fixed it, and now have a left over engine. I can answer any specifics if needed. I would prefer to not part out the car. All offers will be considered. PM me if you are interested and I will give my phone #.
