Badges?
I'd would say put them back on. There are only a few C43s around and removing them would make your car look like an ordinary W202.

Side not: really did try this once for Halloween. Not a good look for me! lol

There, imo, is no such thing as a "sleeper" with the W202 body style. Lets sit for a moment and think, debadging a genuine AMG vehicle is really a pointless endeavor....what is honestly cleaner than a stock AMG? Show it off!!! So few exist, even more-so for the C36's. Considering that, if you are afraid to get picked on in an AMG...then don't drive it! The ownership of these vehicles goes way beyond some punk in a bran-new bimmer trying to race you, just laugh, sit back and enjoy those heated leather seats....in a car that is actually an honor to own! Can't we all agree on that?

That said, I've noticed lately that Euro spec W202 AMGs all seem to have side markers (legislative requirement I guess) but also 'Sport' badges on the fenders too. I dig the side markers, I wish I had them. Not 100% enamored with the Sport badges myself though. I toyed with the idea of debadging the 'C43' and 'AMG' only...but after the car got fixed from the rear ender in the summer, the body shop put on all brand new badges on the trunk, so I guess they're staying for now.
My old Saab was partially debadged from the factory. The SPG models just had the Saab roundel and 'Saab' badge. All other 900 Turbos had '900' and 'Turbo' on the trunk, and then 'Turbo' on the sides of the hood. Debadging is generally cleaner, I think, but the C43 is pretty subtle to begin with. I did a partial debadge on my S2000 - the front bumper is now shaved, no badge, holes filled in. I've asked my wife for a JDM red Honda 'H' for the trunk for Christmas though!
