MY 2000 C43
Ok,
As far as I know this is the only 2000 in Canada. I called MB Canada and it is not in their system it simply does not exist. It took almost 2 months of paper work to get this here, I was not allowed to bring the car to Canada unless I had the clearance letter from Mercedes Benz Canada. The seller was quite patient and was in no rush to sell the car and this car was a Sunday car. I only drove about 600 kilometers since I picked it up June 2010.

I only take the C55 out now when there is no snow on the ground.

Thanks PC. The C240 is doing great, that car has turned out surprisingly well! I think it has 150k (kms) right now.

Same as mine since November, but couldn't resist taking her out for a blast this afternoon. It has been warm, sunny and dry since 2 weeks now after rain washed away the salt. Warmed her up slowly then blew the cobwebs out of the engine with a nice thrash along some of my secret roads: no traffic, no men in blue and no speed cameras. Did 200km and now put her back to bed. Will be doing some mods in the coming weeks/months....

Sure did as I had nearly forgotten the sound of that V8 passing from a purr to a nasty growl and the power arriving when the cams come on after 3500-4000 rpm. Pure ecstasy
