No not really a joke....
I talked to the seller and he said he purposely put it so high because he wanted to part it out, and didn't want someone to buy the whole car, but he listed it like that so it would show up and get the word out that he had one he was parting out. He said he and his wive drive a silver 99 designo one.
So no need to contact him and pester him about it any more than I already did
But apart from his... interesting advertising strategy, he seems like a nice guy with some good prices.
