For anyone whoes changed their side mirrors
I need some feedback on what to do. My car has many hard water stains and I began to remove them using this remover I bought from the auto parts store. I guess its concidered an abrasive since its grainy. I started with a window and it seem to work, then I did my driver side mirror and it worked, then i did the passanger mirror. BIG MISTAKE! It scratched the fck out of it. appareantly the mirror has a blue tint to it and it removed it where i pressed hard and left scratches where the tint remained. The cleaner does NOT say not to use on mirrors, becuase if it had i would have avoided doing so. Now my passanger mirror look terrible.
Should I call the number on the cleaner and tell them what happened and politely demand that they replace my mirror? Is it something they would normally do or will i just hear them laugh in my face and hang up?
I haven't checked to see what these go for but I'm assuming about $170. This is why also I'm looking to see if anyone has an extra mirror to sell to me.

Since you used it on your driver's side mirror and it was ok and there is nothing saying not to use it on mirrors, I would call the company and complain. It's worth a shot.
