Sorry, but I think it is a big PITA to do it yourself, not unless you have the appropriate tools and hydraulic press. In any case, I wouldn't even think about doing it myself. Do a quick search with "W202 rear bearing replacement"
no its not a big pita to save 350 dollars to do it myself, im guesing you get a pull hammer which pulls it out of car with hub, you then take spindle off and press bearing in, pretty simular to front drive stuff
