C43 exhaust sound videos
I decided to capture the sound of my C43 before I have the exhaust installed. I will be posting different videos of my C43 exhaust before and after the installation of the Kleemann headers and 300 cell cats.
Here is the first, this video was taken with my Gopro camera mounted inside the vehicle with all of the windows up:

Feel free to add any videos of your exhaust

Eisenmann race just sounds sick on a c36/c43 if you still not happy with the way your c43 sounds after kleemann headers and the cats, install eisenmann race you just have to love it. I am going to install it on my c36 guy from germany told me that his c36 reminds people of the dtm sound from the 90's.

One thing I noticed is the Eisenmann muffler does seem to bring the note level up to an exotic sound where I would rather have the deep rumble. I Truly love the way my C43 sounds and do not see myself adding the Eisenmann exhaust, but I flip flop on that daily

Just a quick video of my 43 in a tunnel I made today when I blew some cobwebs out of the 43 after some months in deep sleep. The sound is not very good but you get the idea. I need to get a better quality camera and microphone:

Yes, secondary cats and resonator delete. Sound wicked when you floor it and the revs build up but remains discrete when cruising around with just a low rumble meaning something special is hiding under the hood

Haha yeah I couldn't say it better. Love mine too, especially cold starts in the morning when people on the side walk turn around trying to find where the sound is coming from.

Yeah, when I use the 43 in the nice season, I park it in the underground parking of my condominium. It has a nice echo in there and when I cold start the vehicle, if any people are around, they jump when the exhaust makes that special growl

Has anybody removed the secondary cats, but left the resonator?
I don't want to remove the cats and resonator, too loud for my taste so it's one or the other.
I don't want any tinny sound or crackles at high rpm, just deep low tone. I want it to sound like it does stock, just a touch louder. I'm thinking I should keep the resonator just to keep control of the sound pitch.
I'm putting in a N/A E55 motor now, so maybe just the bigger motor will make it slightly louder how I want.
Still wondering if anyone has tried just removing secondary cats though..?
