Can't tell for removing secondaries and leaving resonator but given what you're looking for, I think you're better of removing the resonator ONLY and leaving the secondaries in place.

This will give you the sound you're looking for. Stock sound but a tad louder, without the slight raspy noise you can have at higher rpm after deleting the secondaries. You can check youtube I know there're a few videos showing the difference.

I was going through videos on youtube and stumbled upon that video of a c43 with a compressor and apparently an exhaust from a c63 amg. Sounds mean and angry as hell!

I'll try to upload a video of mine today.
It's actually a bit too much for daily driving (IMO) but I ride my motorcycles as much as possible

Secondary cats + resonator deleted. AMG muffler replaced with resonator and very stock looking tips. The setup is tucked up well under the rear bumper so it looks near stock but roars like nothing else hahahah.

Wait... you removed the muffler and put the resonator in place, then welded the tips back to the resonator? **** it must scream!! Can't wait for the video, especially a cold start

Seems like the mike picks up a lot of wind noise and the exhaust seems like a truck with a broken exhaust. Sorry but I prefer the normal rumble...
Have you tried placing the mike in the rear luggage compartment? I would imagine that the exhaust in there would sound great without wind noise.

Here's a fly-by of my car with a secondary cat delete, and resonator delete. I actually loves how this sounds coming at you just as much as a love how it sounds going away
don't mind my femine voice in this video, and me complimenting my friends dsg in his gti
oh and here's a video of my friend's supercharged 350z pushing as near as makes no difference 500hp. He just got it back after a fresh engine rebuild with many forged parts inside.

Anyone have experience with glass pack on these cars? I knew a guy that had glass pack tubes installed where the resonators were and with a muffler delete the car sounded amazing. I wonder what this would do on a c43...

He seems to have dropped off the radar screen. Pity as he was the white coat tech.

Im doing a Muffler only delete tomorrow. I took both mufflers out of my
W211 E500 and it was the best money I never spent on an exhaust. It sounded
PERFECT !!! Deep and only on heavier throtle with barely any drone. It was best at WOT -
Even wife liked it and she would romp on it just for fun. She said it sounded manly not like the
whimpy rice rockets that zoom by but also not the annoying Harley sound either.

Ill post before and after videos with muffler delete

So all your components are in place, and you ONLY removed the silencer?
Did it cause the infamous drone sounds inside'?
