Cold weather stops all ideas of work
Jeez, my hibernating "T Rex" is sitting in freezing temperatures, around -10° to -15°C since over a week now and forecast predicts no change over the next week or so. Just don't feel like going to work on the car to do some upgrades. Definitely going further south if this continues

Hah, -10*C is like a normal winter day in Alberta!
I remember tearing the engine out of my Saab on a cold December day, years ago, when it was -20*C or so...and then spending countless more days in -15*C gutting the wiring and adapting it to the new stand alone engine management system's wiring!
But this year we've had a very mild winter, fortunately. It's mostly been right around 0* or maybe -5*. Last weekend, I spent basically all of Saturday helping a fellow S2000 driver remove and replace the softtop on his car. Two hours to remove it, but about another 10 to put it back on. Insulated (but not heated) garage helps.

Lucky u Saab, yeah I have heard you have some serious cold temperatures your way ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I guess I will pull my battery out of the car and place it in my little cubby hole workshop (warm) and get a charger on the thing for 24h. It seems to still have life in it because the doors open and close, but don't want to find myself locked out with a dead battery. I could leave the front hood unlatched so I could get some leads on the wing side electric "hot spot" so as to pop the locks. Anyway, come end of March, I will have all the time in the world to work on "T Rex" as I will be retired
I have also eyes on a nice 996GT3 mk1 Club sport Porker
but i would still keep the 43

Yes, and it still has the basic rawness but better of the 964RS I owned in the past
