Anyone have experience with 225/35/18 tires?

I need new tires in the front. Normally I run 225/40/18 and in the rear I run 265/35/18. I wanna try 35 series in the front but Im afraid it might be too rough, especially because Im doing polyurethane bushings too.

Does anyone have any experience with this size on our cars? Please share...

Changing to a 35 on the front without changing anything on the rear could cause the ESP and other electronic modules to loose their progs and screw up. Just an idea though and I'm not sure

this, cruisecontrol might won't work anylonger. why do you want to go 35 insted of 40?

My friend also told me that it would mess with the transmission.

I want 35s because my rears are 35s and my car would sit nicer with 35s

It will probably cause your cruise control to not work above 50 mph or so.
