Foot rest pedal from new AMG E - class fitting w202?

I saw some great interior pictures from the new version of E63 AMG.
Well my old C43 gal lacks one of the sport pedales resting foot.

Anyone know if this part is available separately from the stealer?
What's the parts number for this part?
If this part is available as a separate part I can add the missing part to complete my sport pedals.

What ya think?
Good or no good?

Looks like it's a bit bigger than the one in our cars, though it only looks like the one that comes with the aftermarket AMG pedal kits. I have one, though with rubber lines instead of dots

I'm interested in this too. It looks like it may be part of the carpet. Here is another picture: http://i.ebayimg.com/t/Mercedes-E-Kl...QPg~~60_12.JPG

is it by adhesive tape or drilling required?
