Say ello to my li'll friend

Just got it, what should I do with this?
Any good advice?

This is a brand new faceplate, never used.

Now I have a complete 300 cluster and a separate faceplate.
Damn these items are hard to get!

I'm da haus-god of AMG , I find anything I want for AMG coz I'm connected to the secret group of AMG connoseurs.
Maybe I sounded a bit arrogant now , if you know me then you know I'm not!

Those people who owns these 300 faceplates should sit very tight on them!
They are worth a fortune in gold!

What are the orange spots for?? I have seen them on Euro spec cars and I assume they light up like the low fuel light but what is the purpose??

I could be wrong, but my parents old Geo Prizm had a random brown mark like this around 55mph. I think it's just sort of a "cruise zone" mark on the speedo, though I could be way off.

In Europe, most cities have a 50 kph speed limit and 30 kph is slower zones. Very often you see an indication on the speedos at those speeds. My guess is that's why you have those orange marks, but I could be wrong.

Yup, most of European cities, towns and villages have a 50kph speed limit and in certain high risk areas the limit is down to 30kph. The colored areas are designed so that the driver can see very quickly where his needle is and if his speed is in the correct bracket.
We now are starting to see 20kph in residential zones where you find plenty of children and pedestrians. In these areas vehicles and "bipeds" have to live together and respect (hopefully) one another.
