The dealer can easily look up that part number for you. I'd explain it as the license plate trim or something to that effect. The dealer will likely not have it in stock, but it should be pretty easy to order.
I know for a fact that MB Seattle barely has an inventory of anything. So 99% of the items I need, they have to order.

This is "License Plate Molding Shell", #: "202 750 07 27", the Dealer can bring it to you for sure,,
For ordering; you should to put a code# of the paint color, you can identify that by your Vin #.....
