seemed like a good run to me, you beat my time by .5-.6 seconds 
I find it hard to believe the Eurocharged tune makes the C43 that much faster. You had a little less fuel than I did but we are talking less than 50 lbs AND you didn't start in 2nd gear so that should have added time.
I don't get it
Looks like I have to schedule my tune prior to the exhaust install and do another run for comparison.

the mods you have would benefit alot from adding a tune, but from dynos i have seen, without a tune you are gaining in some areas but losing tq or hp in others from the pulleys and other light mods.
also, are your 19's heavy?

from what i can tell on your list there isnt anything on there that would make your car faster than his, tunes from various tuners seem to add 20-25 HP to our cars.

Pulling it up in windows movie maker and trimming it to just the start of the run to the 100mph mark puts it somewhere between 10.14 and 10.34
