1999 c43/55 for sale

Armbar injury while training , means I need to sale .
I have over 11k in receipts since 4/13 when I bought the car back from a friend . I originally bought this car in 2003 with 70k miles .
Recent work- s55 engine , complete reseal. Transmission completely rebuilt with torque converter and new valve body.
New bridgestone. Re760 tires with 18 monoblocks. All the wheels have been reconditioned, no cracks or welds .spark plugs, wires, air maf, steering link and tie rods, motor mounts, upper control arms &
h&r springs .
Prior to Thst I had done the control arm bushings and steering shock and ball joints.
Windows are tinted, headliner is in exc shape. No tears in upholstery. Factory everything.
I have the factory Ecu tuned with an aggressive e55 map and a Ecu from a e55 factory tune That's been coded to my car. I have the original c43 engine also.
This car is bad ***- xenon headlamps and working wipers on lamp housings.
Front bumper was cracked I fixed and respected the lower section that and a small area of scratches in drivers rear door are the only flaws.
Smooth idle -
Serious inquiries only- I have roughly 14k out if pocket in receipts after buying back and updating- no low ballers or tire kickers.

$$$$

Hoping for as much as I can- nothing les than 12k
I know kbb and other values are way less, everyone knows there are. Some cars they just can't value correctly , Toyota supra, mr2s etc. so I'm looking for someone who appreciates the car and the extent of work Thsts gone into it . Cars needs nothing and all work has been done by a factory trained mb tech

The swap does nickle and dime you, if anyone is looking to do it, much cheaper to buy a car already done.

I paid $1600 for my engine, have roughly $3,000 into mine and that's with everything at cost.

Well you more or less rebuilt the motor which was smart.Even at that price its very reasonable in my eyes.

the motor cost me 2k to buy it i resealed the entire motor everything came apart except i did not remove pistons or crank (no need to) i resealed everything including i replaced the front cover due to 2 broken bolts in the water pump. heads came all apart including removing all the valves and everything was throughly cleaned and reassembled. i spent about another 1k in parts and labor was free cause i did it all myself. about 1 year prior to this i replaced my transmission with factory rebuilt so trans was already ready to go.

I want to do this to my current 4.3 engine. It has 265k miles on it but still pulls like a champ. I'm interested in yanking it, freshening it up, and examining its current status internally. Especially in the valves and lifters, I've got some ticking going on in there I'd like to chase now.

Ticking from the lifters (Hydraulic Elements) is common issue in all "M111/M112/M113", specially after 140,000...,,

if you gonna put 5.4L, you will been in love with your bride....

My M112 ticks when cold despite Mobil1 and with less distance in it's guts than my M113 which is still tick free for the moment
