Since a couple of weeks, "T Rex" wasn't feeling very well. When cold starting she would fire then stall. Second fire was OK but then fast idle was lumpy. Coming up to operating temperature idle would be fine but with an occasional skip and misfire. She then decided to be a grumpy bad girl. When accelerating she would feel sluggish and not running smoothly...
So, as it was time for an oil change and service, I booked her in to the local MB hospital, with instructions to give her all the necessary treatment, care and medicine, so that she could get back on her feet (wheels

) again. Told the dealer they could keep the patient for as long as was necessary. Good thing too as the doctor who is the specialist with older MB's like our w202's was on vacation.
After 10 days in intensive care, she is back in business and wow the treatment was a success

After a full blood transfer with Mobil1 and filter change, a transmission flush and filter change with Titan ATF, new MAF and a lamba (O2) sensor, she pulls and flies like a plane. Her breathing is full and powerful, with gear changes butter sweet. What could a driver want more? A nice empty road to enjoy...
I have not yet received the hospital bill....
