1998 C43 Amg
C43, gas pedal creaks feels loose, worn out???
Hi everyone, Ive been getting anyoed lately of my gas pedal. It started creaking and feels loose. It didn't bother me at first but now I hear it all the time. I tried spraying some grease in there but it didn't do much. It feels cheap and janky. Does anyone have any recommendations? Is it time to change it?

did you try tighten the plastic nuts behind the pedal?
they might have come loose?

Yah I tightened the bolt but the pedal still squeaks. I tried grease but it didn't help. Ill probably end up replacing it.

seems like you have lots of problems with your car?
did previous owner maintain it properly?

12' W204 C63 AMG coupe "T-Rex", 12' W451 Smart Fortwo Pulse (99' W202 C43 AMG sold)
Remove all the pedal assembly and clean and check out all the moving parts. If it is worn, guess you need a new one. I imagine any w202 pedal assembly will fit, but I'm not sure 100%
