I'm looking for info for my 99 c43 Thst has the transmission slipping/ hesitation between shifts 2-3 .I've seen the postings for the blue cap solenoids- and also the gear selector with touch shift and egs52.
Can someone who gas successfully resolved the Trans issue with this swap please reply with what it took to accomplish

No one that I know of has successfully updated to egs52. Blue tops can be put in any trans, but egs52 plus tip requires waaaay too much stuff to make it worth it. The cutout in the trans tunnel needs to be physically modified to fit the different shifter mechanism.

 

Just threw away another load of cash- new egs module didn't fix it. I know I can install the blue topsin my trans??is has anyone done it with improved shifting??
