Changing diff on C43?
watched this youtube video
dude took the LSD diff of the w201 190E cars.
would that be a straight swap?
were these only a standard option on 2.3 and 2.5 16V cars?
What about ESP display would it constantly flash in the cluster with a different diff?
buying a Quaife diff is very steep!

Well, this car was in the US. It was owned by a fellow forum member. He eventually swapped it to the m113k from the w211 E55k until his aftermarket harmonic balancer/crank pulley completely failed and killed it. It now has a Toyota 2JZ in it.
If I recall correctly, the w201 LSD in this was a US w201, which I don't even think got the good w201's.
Please go do it and tell us the results
Doing this exact swap is one of my things to do on my C43 whenever I can afford to build a shop, park it, and start working on it proper.

i think it was Money-one's car that had the E55K and lsd diff installed?
i was curious of the LSD mod after watching nearly all youtube videos of c43 cars.
need to source an lsd from a healthy donor car.
wonder what else needs to be done?
when lsd engages what will illuminate in the cluster when only ESP is incorporated into our cars safety system?
do we need to wire up a new warning display for LSD?

Yes sure, this is "Money-one's" C43,
LSD can be found in "W126/W124/W201", but even if can find it, need to investigate it carefully,
as i heard; LSD from 3.27 can be used in our 3.07....

If I were in your position I would just order the led kit from Quaife England ,they have them for our cars now and for the price. no mix and match with parts from other cars.
Unbolt diff and take it with the kit and have a mechanic or someone that deals with diff and have them install it.
I am about to try one already built for a w208 clk55. If it fit my lucky if not I will have to get one for my c43/c55
