Can you provide part numbers for the Billy sports? The US C43's, I believe, came with the Billy HD's, not the sports. The sports are for the lowered euro/other spring suspension.

Alright so I asked a few dealer around me and as I supposed, you forgot a 0 (or almost) in your $180 guesstimate
... Alright here we go, that's the answer I got from the first dealership that replied to me: "i apologize in getting back to you late, its been hectic. We have your vehicle on file as a 99 C43. I looked up the rear rim and they are $1017.00 each. There is currently no stock. They would have to come out of Germany, and that would take time, not sure how long. Your Ref# is Q220344. Again apologize for the delay."

Thanks for the reply Mickey! I didn't get the wheel but got the one that was badly damaged repaired. 2 shops specialized in rim repair refused to take it telling it would be impossible to repair but a guy from work who restores cars for fun took it to his father who did wonders...
He repaired it and I've been driving with it everyday in cold, icy, and snowy weather up here in Boston. I haven't put air back it in yet. It has been 2 months, many snow storms and it holds up really well.
It went from this

Wow, that looks great, and the price... I paid $500 to get one of my Carlsson wheels repaired (that a friend cracked while using my 43) and it still doesn't hold air properly...
