Climate Control Issue

Good day,
I'm having a bit of an issue with my 1995 C36 AMG. The climate control is showing power. All buttons work. I can hear the vents opening and closing under the dash when selecting the foot/head option. It's just that I'm not getting any air blowing through the vents and I'm not even hearing the compressor kick in. I was doing some research and I found a write up on another site about replacing the climate control unit. They said once replaced you may need a HHC? Well I googled the acronym and its Hand Held Computer. I'm not sure if I really do need it but if anyone out there can give me some insight to what they believe the problem may be or has experienced the same problem I would much appreciate you insight.

Thanks!

Check your vacuum lines coming from the engine bay to the dash. I recently fixed my c43 egr valve, and I connected the vacuum lines. Could be an easy fix, and while you at it replace all vacuum lines for better durabilty from my experience.
