C43 Antenna for Aftermarket Stereo
I have an Alpine deck from the previous owner, and the radio reception is terrible. I heard that there is some wire I need to power up for this car, since the antenna is in the rear window. Can someone tell me how to resolve this issue? Is there a wire that needs to be connected?
I am also having issues reaching the back of the deck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea, you do need an adapter but also, the stereo shop guy told me since the antenna is embedded in the glass, you need to power it to get full reception.
Also, how the heck do you get the glove box and stereo out? I need to do some wiring that requires me to remove the glove box.

I think you're talking about an FM/AM signal car amp, not sure never used one.
