EGR Bolt?
Hi Guys,
I am trying to remove my EGR valve, but the bolt in the back close to the firewall will not budge. I hit it with WD-40 and lithium grease w/ no results. I am putting 180lbs of body weight on this thing and nothing! I have never come across anything like this, it does have a good amount of rust buildup on it. The one in the front was bad enough but the one is the back is another story! I might have to get a propane torch.
Any other ideas on how to loosen this bolt?? Thanks!

propane torch won't do anything to it.
I've dealt with those alot before, that same bolt. an air hammer with a chisel bit will turn that right out. You'll mangle the head quite a bit but bolts are cheap.
