I did some driving on normal and highway roads (no twisties though) this afternoon with the new settings. The rear is much more comfortable and softer than before. The front is still a bit too stiff. I'll try the mid-point settings on both front and rear, then I'll take it and fine tune from there.

I set both front spring adjusters to 35mm witch is max high. But the rear left was set to 10 mm and rear set to 25mm this is because when I set the rears to same high the left rear was higher I think this is built into chassis
When the new suspension has run in I will corner balance and bring the front down

Hey, how did the front look with max 35 set on the adjusters?.
just a thought.. but did you reset all your bushes to the new ride height? Maybe on one side they have been done up while the car is off the ground hence your uneven heights?.
Can you give a comparison of the softest setting vs stock C43 or vs your H&R combo?..
Cheers,

I think the rear difference on hide hight is normal its about 10mm higher on rear left because of the camber of the road
I'll post a pic of the front before I drop it

Perfect thanks!
Would you say the max setting on front looks about same height as stock euro springs?
Please let me know how the ride is on softest setting at that ride height?
I would like to use this kit also but don't want it to feel like my Koni/Eibach setup it was too harsh.

Its been a while sine I installed the KW V2 kit on my car now and on 6 clicks from soft (this is where kw recommend you start) the car feels much more compliant less body roll than stock while not being harsh. The best thing ive done to my car was fitting KWs

I agree. It is perfect for the track or highway driving on a perfectly smooth surface, but on everyday roads it becomes spine jarring.

I might install my Koni sport 8041 1316 and 1315 and see how they compare to stock C43. also might have them tested this week on dyno ..see how time goes.

At the back it's a little more complicated as access is more difficult. You need to have cut out a small panel in the trunk lining just opposite the top of the shock. The hex *** goes through there, but DON'T drop it, as you will need to remove the lining to get it out. Why? I was victim of some clumsy fingers...

Not a huge fan of yellow, thinking about powder-coating the springs if I get a set. Maybe white or even just powder-coat clear-coat over the bare metal after having the yellow stripped off.

DRB,
Thanks, so it is same adjustment as my Koni 8041 1316 and 1315,I ended up cutting a door for them on my old 202, but thinking about it now maybe you could slide a piece of rubber hose over the adjuster to allow easy alignment of the Allen key and just drill a small hole for the hose through the lining?
Mickey,
Me neither, I would get the springs powered coated black and also have the purple spring adjuster nut re anodized black

Aside from height adjustment,I get this feeling the KW kit will feel the same as my Koni external adjustable's with Eibach pro springs....on normal roads unbearable set to hard, and only just tolerable on soft but no where near comfortable.
