are you getting heavier due to age you need to replace your saggy seat springs with new seat springs?
this was a common issue on older mercs having saggy seat springs

On the outer edges?
Only issue i see there apart from the steering wheel being on the wrong side of the car is the dash inserts look silly with wood on a C Class, especially compared to the grey patterned AMG dash inserts.

That sort of "sag" could be from a deteriorated fiber pad, not necessarily the spring. The fiber pad is what gives the seat it's final shape. Look at the spring assembly. There is no support for the side bolsters. The support comes from the fiber pad.

Numbers are straight from EPC and come up for me with my dealer sources. Try a dealer or one of the online dealers. This sort of part is usually dealer only or a high-end upholstery shop.

In USA all the 43's to my knowledge got wood trim. Kind of weird because the 230k sport and 280 sport had the gray trim but not the 43.
