I'm certain that I would! I like how the BMW M Series vehicles received not only a different body kit but modified flared fenders, quarters and also a sleek hood. It really makes the M cars stand out. I admire the fact that they offer the M package for non M cars and that package is different from a true M car. That is one thing that Mercedes/AMG disappoints. The fact that they offer the AMG kit that is identical to a true AMG car. All the sellers on Cl are using the AMG name to sell their non AMG car just because it has the AMG ground effects and wheels. That was and still is a pathetic move on their part.

Come on guys. Mercedes is a multi billion dollar company. Do you really think they are not capable of producing a m3 equivalent or better car? Maybe they dont want to do that?
Look at american hot rods and muscle cars. The idea of a small car with a big v8 in it is way more hot and apealing. It doesnt matter if it cant handle well. Remember, most people dont wanna track their cars. Serious people with lotsa funds stick to porsches and its your average teen or early 20s guy whos into m3s or miatas.
A c43 is way more classy and cool than any m car if you ask me. When I look at a c43, i see a german muscle car unlike any other car at the time. A small sedan with a v8.....whaaaaatt?
Im not arguing anyone that m cars are great cars and that they make decent power. They are and they fo.
Im not a fanboy but id take a nice clean c43 over any m car any day. They just dont apeal to me.
An amg will forever be a "thug in silk clothing" as jeremy clarkson would say while when I see an M car, i think of a eastern european with slick hair and shiny glasses on.
Bmw did this to them selves. Mercedes knows how to keep their cars where they want them to be.

seriously BMW have their philosophy which is SPORTY style all the way where Mercedes was a luxurious Gentleman's cuse cruiser with a sporty touch feel.
Mercedes had the old fart reputation for many years being the non sporty car.
People who could afford to drive S-klasse Benzitos were wealthy people, retired old people livin' in Flo-raida, drug dealers and gangsters
70's - 80's and pre-merger 90's AMG's are the real gold

AMG still will use BMW "M" as their benchmark just as Alfa Romeo has done with the Gulia,Lexus has done with the RCF,Infiniti/ Nissan has done with the Q50/60 and etc etc!!

I actually setup a dual ram air to the air filter housing. Had to do some cutting and also had to place two flexible hoses in the original air box hose spot by the grill and one hose is placed where my passenger side fog light used to be. This has made a big difference in airflow and power delivery especially when driving on the expressway.

I have one C55 AMG air box for sale to whomever is interested.
You can buy it stock or modified by me. $545.00 modified and $300.00 as is, condition is good but the chrome on the AMG letters are not that good. These air boxes are so hard to find that I’ve only sold one 1.5 months ago. Once I get this one done it’s going to the c55 forum. So if you want it let me know. Thanks.
