Replaced Transmission Mount
I figured that I'd replace the tranny Mount since my car had 190K Kms. I'm certainly glad that I did as the pic tells the tale! Notice the entire right side has a crack all the way through.

no more clunk noize from rear axel when you put the stick in a-RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR?

Guess I need to look at mine very soon. No idea if it has ever been changed, in all cases I haven't done it since owning my 43.

My car has a slight vibration at idle and if I downshift to first manually, it jerks quite a bit.

Never replaced the trans mount, mine def needs it
