Hey guys! I'm in the process of replacing all the seals and o-rings on my transmission. I removed the pump housing to replace the giant o-ring that seals the housing and noticed something a little odd. There is odd uneven wear and no metal shavings anywhere to be found. It may be normal but I'd feel at ease if anyone can confirm that it is in fact, normal. Please see the attached pics. Also, does anyone know how to remove the part in the last pic?
