Anyone use Portersfield R4s pads on their C43?

Anyone use Portersfield R4s pads on their C43?
I've had these R4s pads on my car for approx 13 years and approx 55,000km's of braking.
There's still meat on my front pads for the next year summer drive in 2018 and probably summer of 2019 if god allows?
I must say I have been very happy with these Porterfield pads, low and friendly dust, there's NO squeal from these pads compared to stooly the swede who sings like a canary.
I have no outer lips on my rotors which means R4s pads are very rotor friendly.
I red that some guys on w204 C63AMG forum complained these pads are squealing a lot.
I have never had this problem on my car.
