Stereo and Phone Options
Hi everyone,
Wondering if folks here can give me some recommendations on what options I have:
1) I would like to keep the OEM head unit just to keep things simple. However, I'd like to have an option to run an ipod through if possible. I have been doing some research and it seems that the most logical option may be ditch the CD changer connection and use a GROM (or comparable) interface module. If not that, then its the FM transmitter which I rather not do due to sound quality. Any other suggestions by any chance?
2) Phone - The other reason for my desire to keep the OEM head unit is because of the built in phone connections. Is there any type of adapter that can actually connect a post 2010 phone work in the car? Or unfortunately just have no choice but to forget about the old setup?
Thanks in advance.
