Media volume vs radio volume

I have noticed recently that when I switch from playing my Spotify via the USB or BT on my iPhone to Radio the radio volume is extremely loud...like if you’re not ready for it “jumpy loud”

Is there a setting I have selected or de-selected that I shouldn’t have?

I have searched the interwebs and can’t seem to find an answer.

wrong forum lol. check your phone volume vs the volume on your car. I know my audio30 has Bluetooth but i cant imagine many other owners here having it installed on their car
