Yeah there good I have camber and thrust arms in mb arts but I’ve had to change some of the ends and have found stronger ends

Do point out for the rear instead of upper replacement Camber and Toe arms we adjust the lower arms.
Reason being - instead of adjusting top of tire outwards reducing all important clearance to outer fender - lower arms adjust bottom of tire inwards to reduce premature inner edge wear.
Also easily accessible / single wrench adjustable (accurately under load direct on alignment rack).
Plus K-MAC bush design having 2 1/2 times the load bearing and shock absorption area of spherical bearings which because of their wafer thin teflon liners soon pound out.
Where continually developing, upgrading adjuster kits example:
Front Camber and Caster adjuster for R170, W202, C208 / A208 models (#502016 J) this recent upgrade allowed for extra, precise adjustment (now 4 times that of the inaccurate one only offset positive fluted bolts).
Also now can be fitted on vehicle - eliminating need for control arm removal and bench press.
Re the Swedish Nord Loc washers - these are considered among the best, but same with majority of lock washers they depend on full tightness for the reverse teeth to function preventing loosening.
In 2014 we invented a lock tab system where by - it is impossible for nut to inadvertently loosen no matter what the tension applied.
This design break through has meant the clamping pressure / hardened teeth engagement on these now eccentric adjustable bushes is maintained. Completely resolving issues such as slippage leading to subsequent loss of alignment setting / noise!

While I understand all products can be improved, im still $400 out of pocket for nothing. Are you offering any kind of compensation to those who wasted their money on these?

This original design has been in production since 1993. Well and truly proven.
What we explained above was the recent upgrade re ‘extra adjustment” capability and the elimination of the time consuming need to “remove both lower suspension arms” to install!
Also separate to above: Background re locking systems and specifically the mention by “raw 1879” and the use of Nord Loc washers.
Moving “undercar suspension parts” it is obviously essential they need to be fully tight, secure. Nord Loc as used by K-MAC up to 2014 are considered amongst the best locking device worldwide. But like, majority of lock washers “must be fully tight” to function (they depending on “reverse teeth and clamping pressure”)
Always constant ongoing development we saw the challenge to invent a method whereby even if connection has not been fully tightened – it cannot inadvertently loosen. Hence the introduction in 2014 of the K-MAC lock tab system.
