c43 cluster overlay decal

Anyone know where i can find a cluster overlay picture that goes on the left of the cluster and indicates the SRS, ABS, etc.. information?

C43 AMG with a tune up

You can buy a cheap tacho on ebay and move over parts.
Finding only the overlay would be difficult.
