Shop Recommendation
To any of you C43/36 owners that live in So Calif, I am looking for a service shop in the Oceanside, Vista or Carlsbad area. I need to rebuild my suspension and am looking for a shop that will install non Mercedes parts such
as Kmac bushings and Vogtland springs. My 20yr experience with shops where I live (Palm Desert) has not been good, under-quoted labor charges and unnecessary parts added on to increase their profit. I have lost trust in most of them. I know there are a lot of independent shops in No San Diego county, so if any of you have had good experiences with a particular shop please let me know.
