Comfort control module

Anyone know where the CCM is on the C43,i watched a w202 base model video which indicated that it was next to the battery. I took the right side of my trunk apart and all that i see is the vacuum that locks the doors, a vent that vents the trunk, and I even removed the multi disk changer. I need to know where it is so i could put the knew one since it operates the windows and my sunroof doesn't open at all times.

For body components no, But from my understanding the sunroof, front windows, side mirrors, all stop working after 2 days of resetting the battery and programing them.

As i remember; it's behind the battery..

On C200, it's left side, under the back seat,,

on C43, it's behind the battery..

exactly wear under the back seat, i just took these pictures by the way see no module. Don't worry about rusty rust over there that's going to be new.

The part # is correct,

this "comfort/convenience control module" have many #s:-

"202 820 09 26" or "202 820 10 26" or "202 820 11 26" or "202 820 17 26" or "202 820 42 26"

I have the same issue have to reset my battery every few days ,
i believe I seen that module on the passenger side floor there’s a metal plate on the fire wall under the dash that looks like it could be it not 100% but
ima check myself if that’s the problem I have to change mine as well

12' W204 C63 AMG coupe "T-Rex", 12' W451 Smart Fortwo Pulse (99' W202 C43 AMG sold)
A shot in the dark, but could it be in the compartment behind the wheel on the right? There are relays and other things electric in there

i feel like the c43 doesnt have that. looks like the windows are controlled from the switch module itself

im fairly sure post '97 w202's dont use a comfort control module, rather a network of individual door modules talking over a network. i dont have my rear seats in the car and i dont see anything under the rear seat, passenger or driver side. Also, the module on the passenger front foot plate is for the transmission control. what all stops working when you have to reset the car??

only the front windows, the sunroof works when it wants and the side mirrors go out when the windows go out.

Just doesn't open at all. One day it opened after jumping the battery, but after 4 days or so the windows stop working.

Yes p1747 is the only code i have, it gives me a check engine light and the diagnostic says CAN BUS error faulty connection between gauge cluster and gear selector module. Other than that the car runs normal. I'm also going to get it scanned with STAR this week. As for the front windows, I'm not sure.

I wasn't able to because the Mercedes repair shop i went to tried to rob me by basically saying "i have a weak brake caliper in the rear and its 500 to fix," and after that they can work on the CAN BUS. Any who i went to my brothers shop and he fixed it on the alignment lift, went back to them and they told me "I don't wana work on your car." Anyways I know a supra guy who worked at Mercedes thats going to look at it on their free time, but i was brainstorming about the windows and if the windows always work when i restart the battery except the sunroof, then the sunroof is faulty and causes the front windows to stop working, since they're on the CAN BUS.
