C36 ...Noises....
My C36 is doing better than ever. Just got a fresh headliner/sunshade done. 
Question: Is it normal to be able to hear the radio antenna mast going up and down? It functions fine but from the driver's seat it is quite a notable whir up and down. Is that just normal or a sign of it wearing out? It's been the same since I bought the vehicle about 5 months ago.
Another noise - my interior blower motor make a loud "ERK!" type noise at start-up on very cold mornings. Lasts for maybe 5-15 seconds, and then it is perfectly fine, silent. It's just at start up, and only if cold. Anyone else get that too?

Can't reply regarding the antenna as 43's have it integrated in the glass.
For the heater motor, mine also does a load whirring noise on start up when cold. It disappears quickly. I have a feeling that a dab of grease in the bearing and a good clean will solve the problem. It did so on my old C240 wagon I had many moons ago....

C43 AMG with a tune up
You have a power antenna, you're suppose to hear the motor from it going up n down.
You could take it apart and lubricate the internals of the antenna, it will thank you by operating smoother.

Yeah lubricate with some waterproof grease would be my best guess to reduce the noise
