97 c36 amg rear diff help!

Ok so i need to replace the rear diff on a 1997 c36 amg (3.07 ratio with 5spd auto) and from what I can see online, the replacement differentials dont have the sensor input spot for the rear diff abs/speed sensor. I own a 1998 c230 w/o asr/asd/esp and it has a rear diff abs/speed sensor. I have not had a chance to look under the c36 yet to confirm if it does indeed already have a differential with the sensor or not because the car is located 2 hours from me. I was also told that the c36 did not have asr/asd but as mentioned before I have not seen the car in person yet to confirm due to distance. Can anyone confirm for me either a proper part number for the 1997 c36 rear diff or check their own c36 amg and tell me if there is a sensor connected to the rear diff? I would really like for someone to check their c36 and please let me know for sure! I seem to be stumped on which differential I can swap in to get the c36 back on the road! I do know the diff ratio must remain the same 3.07 for the 5 spd auto. please help me find a differential for this 5 spd auto 1997 c36 amg please!

Don't have to stick with C36 diff., you can use diff. from "W202 C220 CDI or W208 CLK320 or W210 E320",,

all these models sharing the same (3.07) diff. with C36..

I believe only W202’s without ASR had the speed sensor on the diff. All W202’s with ASR have speed sensors on the rear wheels instead of the diff.

For North America, I’m pretty sure all C36’s had ASR, so no speed sensor on the differential. Rest of the world C36’s are a mixed bag.
