Brake rotors on c43
Amg brake system uses brembo calipers? really?

Anybody had ever changed the brake rotors on your car? What fits? I look everywhere and it seems nothing can replace the rotor on my c43 unless I get the whole kit.
(finding some crossdrilled ones for the performance and look)

I've changed the brake rotors on my car (and lots of people here have). The OEM brake rotors fit.
If you are interested in cross-drilled rotors, please e-mail me. If you don't need them in the next week or so, by the end of the month I should have OEM single-piece drilled rotors for your C43 (or a W210 E55 or W208 CLK55). There are some caveats because they are not precise fitment, but I can explain that to you if you're interested. I'll have pictures of them installed on my CLK55 by the end of the month.

"fitment" is not "fit". They are not intended for the C43. But they work just fine.
