I am trying to use this head gasket sealer product as I am getting some white smoke. This product says to pour directly into radiator. However, my radiator doesn't have a cap to open directly (unless I am wrong). It says you can also pour it into the expansion tank, if pressurized. Anyone have any knowledge if the tank is pressurized or not?

I'm not very familiar with the C36, but if it is like the C43 which I know pretty well, having done most of the mechanical works myself, the expansion tank is shown highlighted with the yellow marking on the photo.

This said, I would have some serious doubts that the product you want to pour into the cooling system will solve a faulty head gasket. C36's had some problems with the head gasket as you can read about if you search this forum page or elsewhere on the net. The only solution would be to test for a faulty head gasket leak before doing anything else IMO, and if proved to be leaking proceed with a new head gasket replacement. It will cost you less than a destroyed engine.

Thank you. If the car after testing does have a leaky head gasket, is adding this product dangerous? I have had a lot of difficulty finding someone who would do a head gasket job in town and was hoping it might prolong the inevitable for long enough to get it to a shop to work on.

Are you sure the white smoke you are seeing is not just condensation coming out of the cold engine and exhaust? Or does it also do it when hot?
Regarding the product, I have no idea how effective it is.
Also I think getting a new head gasket may be difficult as they may no longer be made, but I may be totally wrong. Perhaps someone on here who has gone down this path may chime in...

is there a milkshake in the coolant bottle? This is usually the tell tale sign of a bad head gasket. If not, best and cheapest option might be to just flush coolant that is in the system now (use proper mercedes coolant).

Matt Kwiek set up shop in Nashville and could definitely do the work for you. https://www.instagram.com/kwiekclassics/
