Im glad I did too. I eventually wanna make it sound mean by maybe adding c63 mufflers but for now I think the next thing is to do some paint refreshing.

That sounds great but leave it stealth with the single side exit exhaust...Eisenmann

or Super Sprint muffler with secondary cats and resonator deleated..Now were talking!!

hi there,
my name is Dutch and im from Holland, Europe.
i drive an 1998 C43 with a swapped 5.4 engine.
(the damage right front is currently taken care off so is the leaking exhaust manifold...... other then that it smokes fine.)

installed other headers.. some sort of Kleemann mockoff.
removed the middle silencer and removed the secondary cats.

looking for a project page to introduce myself the car and show some work done..

what year did you your donor engine come from?
an early or late model year car?

did you do any ECU E55 re-flash software modification?
or do you run your car on C43 ECU software?

when did you have this engine swap done, evertyhing worked out for you without problems till today?

I saw your video on Youtube, what was it that hit you on your fender?
do you have any interior pictures?

Not bad for 224,xxx huh

have driven her from California to Michigan and back twice now, absolute gem of a car.

Currently paying my way through college so that I can afford to do just that later...but more interested in figuring a way to put a 5 speed in her before I spend money on anything else. It needs to be done by one of us fanatics.
