The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Thanks
I have bilstein sport shocks and H&R sport shocks, no pads up front and #2 in the back from what i rememberYea lol that was mostly from when I had it lowered on 17s, was way lower

There are many claims as to the benefits of drilled vs slotted rotors on stopping power. This guide is intended to provide some facts about drilled and slotted rotors. As a member of the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers), I was pleased to see a paper "The Effect of Rotor Crossdrilling on Brake Performance" by two GM engineers published in 2006. They examined three vehicle platforms with cross-drilled rotors vs standard rotors to measure convection cooling capability, fade characteristics, wet braking, pedal feel and lining wear. The result is summarized as follows:
- For the sports sedan, the coefficient of friction was 21% higher for drilled rotors than standard front rotors at 340F and higher using 15 brake snubs at 62mph. The track simulated 124 mph fade test showed 37% better brake output for drilled rotors. The drilled rotor brake temperature was about 150 degrees cooler.
- For the performance car, the coefficient of friction was significantly higher for drilled rotors especially at high temperature.
- Wet braking at high pedal pressure was the same for drilled or standard rotors. Wet braking is not significantly improved by drilled rotors.
- Pedal force was much more consistent with drilled rotors over the brake temperature range. That is, to stop at the same deceleration rate, the driver does not need to modulate pedal pressure based on different brake temperatures. This reduces driver fatigue and improves brake response.

and does the job

and does the job
where are the interior pictures bud?

not only outside pics!
the black plastic stripes you have on the wheel arches, is it any good having them on?
Like old SAAB 900 cars where rust and gunk was inside those plastic stripes.
were they factory fitted on your car?
It's enamel so it's made top notch quality!
It fits perefct in the hole where the original scope was!

BTW, I think you can find those AMG Affalterbach badges on eBaymotors pretty easily.
1st switch from the left is on/off parktronic
2nd is trunk open
3rd is outside mirrors adjustment
4th is folding outside mirrors!
5th and missing is the inside electric rollo, this one I will eventually retro fit with a new parcel shelf.
It will be a ***** to install this gadget because I have to rip out almost everything inside the car to install the wireloom.
About the AMG badges.
Mine is not the same as the fleabay crappppppppppppp!
Ebay crap are plastic, mine is 100% metal with enamel (bathtub or stove quality).
Which means the logo will never fade out!

The rubber wheel fender stips were on the car when I purchased it. Don't know if it is stock AMG or glued extras. Have to check the option list

Checked the option list of my car. Shows option n°s 774 and 776.
774 is rolled fenders and 776 is wheel cover for 17" AMG wheels

That's black likorisch stripes on your car.
I don't have this option on my fenders
we are waiting for interior pictures and adjustable camber arms pictures and instructions!

get ready
set
go!
No this 12 volts connector is an extra power socket for my Active Gps reader on my front window.
I never watch my speedo when driving so I watch the speed on my Active gps instead.
This is not a MB part.
I will take a picture next time.
The other plug is something special, if I tell you then I have to call Mr Tony Soprano!
