Steering feeling loose.

The steering wheel felt awefully loose....Not getting the strong feed back on the road as I used to to about 5 month ago. Local shop checked and found nothing wrong....Steering colum, bushing, coupling....all are in good condition.
I just move here (Oregon) about 3 month ago, day time temp is about 40 to 50 degree lower than Los Angeles where I was from. You guys think the change of temp could changed the viscocity of PS fluid and affect the steering feed back?

Or am I just going nuts?

Could it be related to your tire pressure? Sorry gotta ask... My steering feels 'funny' it seems until the car is fully warmed up...

Most likely a lower control arm bushing. Also check the steering dampener and ball joints.

Did all that. The shop specifically check all those area (including tire pressure too). There is no slacking between the steering and wheel.

Shop guy think I am "Overly sensitive"

Have you checked the steering dampener?
