Engine Swap Question

Engine Swap Question
I have a c320 and was deciding in the future to swap engines. I am not sure how complicated it is though. I would prefer the 4.3 AMG engine though. Is it a direct swap? What about the electronics and sensors. Will they all work? The engine MPFI module would have to be replaced as well so how would one go about doing this since they module is married to the rest of the car's electronics.

I don't think I want to use the c32 motor actually. I have a Auxillary Heating system that sits in the same spot as the pump would go for the c32 kompressor. The Aux heating is a pretty pricy option and I do use it in the winter times so I am pretty sure I would like to keep that option. Any chance a 43 or 55 would be easy to fit in my c320?
