The star doesn't look like it's twisted all the way around...which could possibly be interfering with the distronic.
Agreed on this - star definitely isn't straight. Double check connections and ask your installer if they removed it - might have reinstalled in the wrong orientation?

Reinstallation and instalation did by myself.
Star isnt connecting with some wire. Radar is behind the star. When I remove the wrap everything works.
so I think about paint the circle in gloss black as the radiator. Or ask to wrap it on the car.
Do you know if I can buy the cyrcle alone? Without the star?
do you have link or breakdown of what you did to your car? I like it and is what i was thinking in my head of what i wanted to do. Mainly the carbon fiber. Is it all after market or anything wrapped?
** right after saying this i did see you mention some items

Reason: update
I just picked this up a couple weeks ago, a slightly used 2020 C43 Coupe with 9100 miles. These are just pics on how it looks stock now. I have many ideas running through my head, but first step is getting the windows tinted. Florida is brutal in the summer. Further down the road debating doing a carbon fiber wrap on the spoiler, diffuser, etc etc vs replacing the parts with super expensive real CF. One big benefit of using a wrap is returning to stock is much easier. This is right off the delivery truck! after a good wash, needs to be detailed eventually.
About a year ago, I slipped on the top step of my home’s staircase and fell down all the stairs. Broke my elbow, coccyx, sacrum, and was left with a softball-sized hematoma on my left butt cheek (still there, but down to a tennis ball now).
Between that and the pandemic, I didn’t do much driving. This past week, I finally had the physical capacity to hand-wash my car for the first time since delivery (February ‘20).

Ugh man, why does that stuff keep on happening to you, first your car and now you personally. I wish you a speedy recovery, you deserve better. Anyways, big fan of selenite grey and the night package!

Thank you my friend! Between the pandemic and the injuries, this past year was a rough one lol. It was last June when the injury occurred. Was going down the stairs when my heel slipped on the top step and I jackknifed in the air like I was in a Roadrunner cartoon; my elbow hit the stairway trim and the rest of my weight hit on my left buttocks and I went down 13 stairs and passed out from the pain.
It wasn't until this month that rI eally started to become pain-free in my tailbone area. Was able to start running again, doing push-ups, etc. I waited a long time before seeing an orthopedic surgeron, and the hematoma on my butt was big that he thought I had ruptured my left glute (which he had never seen before lol).
But, in addition to being able to get back into shape these past few months, the thing I was most thankful for was being able to bend down and wash the wheels, diffuser, and rocker panels on my car for the first time . . . pain-free!
And I 100% agree re: Selenite. I think it looks particularly good on the C43 w/ Night Package. In general, I think it's very well-suited to the AMG models that have a bit of gloss black contrast.

It is all history now, and that is especially true when you fully recover, don't think about it anymore : ). Thanks for being comfortable about sharing with us, at least you can share the pain with others and we can help you cope, you can also get it outside your head and don't have to deal with it alone, and sorry for what happened. it was a major and I am sure difficult decision for you to see an orthopedic, a lot of people just can't get themselves to actually see one. Being mildly physically active (not intensive exercise) helps speed up recovery.
I am also sure that the car is thankful that you can finally take care of it (include washing and waxing) and not have to leave it lonely in the garage, I am sure it is grateful that it has the opportunity to take you out to places you love to visit again and share the happiness with you and with your finané. I am sure they both enjoy being with you.

Very sorry to hear about your accident. I was hit by a car on my bike a few years back and am still dealing with it. Good luck and cheers to a speedy recovery!

Yep you nailed it - I was concerned anoit needing surgery during the pandemic. Plus the risk of infection draining the hematoma was very high, so I opted for physical therapy.
I sincerely and thoroughly appreciate the well wishes. Really starting to feel like myself again - and like you said, part of that is enjoying my hobbies, which driving is one!

That sounds terrifying. Likewise, I hope you continue to recover as fully and speedily as possible! Some people have a hard time identifying with how debilitating these injuries can be on a daily basis, but now I understand.
Many thanks for the words of encouragement. We’re both still here - so that counts for something!
@Darosen1 very nice updates! What trunk spoiler and rear bumper flics did you go with?
I keep going back and fourth on a gloss black spoiler but dont want anything too large. That one looks larger than stock but still slimmer
