AMG RIDE CONTROL SPORTS SUSPENSION Question

Hey guys I hope someone can help me out! I ordered me a C43 Sedan and I am really excited to get it. Today I got a message it got delivered to the dealership and all I am waiting on right now is the paperwork. I just have a question about the "AMG RIDE CONTROL SPORTS SUSPENSION" is it basically the airmatic suspension? I know it will electronically controls the dampening profile of the shock absorbers but is agnostic of a spring type but does the car also lower and higher up via Dymanic Select? I am just curious if it is just a different name for the airmatic or is it something completely different?

Thanks a lot!!

No. It is completely different than the Airmatic suspension. I'm not sure exactly how this one works, but it just controls the shock absorbers as you said. It's not a huge difference, but you definitely notice it if you are paying attention.

Agree. The suspension differences between the modes are minor. The tranny more noticeable.

Actually while all modes are quite stiff, I find there is a fairly noticeable difference between comfort and sport+.

The trans is indeed considerably different but part of that is the throttle response is also much more pronounced.

The thing I don't really feel between the modes is steering effort.
