Question Recommendations for parts/shops?

Hello all,

Since I am new to Mercedes and Euro cars, I dont know of who to look at.

I have done a little bit of research on aftermarket parts, and the most I can come up with so far that I have been interested is the tuning at AMR and the exhaust from Armytrx.

Can anyone point me in a good direction? Looking for shops also.

I was also looking at the armytrx exhaust. I have seen videos and it sounds great! Right now I am completely stock with an AMR stage 1 tune. The car performs outstanding, but I think I want it a little louder.

No issues with the stock motor?

None at all! Car pulls like a freight train, but can be a smooth comforting ride when I want it to be. Regardless, the software is lifetime warrantied so there was really zero downside to upgrading.

I definitely will. My biggest concern is just the integrity of the stock motor and how much I can push on the stock block.

I'm used to LS motors and they're usually good for a decent amount of power on stock internals....new to MB so I'm not sure.

Also, am I correct in saying that the c43 AMG is the same as the C400/450?

C43 comes with the 9 speed unlike the 400/450 and I believe, correct me if I am wrong, the 450/43 have slightly larger turbochargers. Also, to address the integrity of the motor, there are tons of stage 1 and stage 2 tuned 43s running around with no issues. These motors can take quite a bit of power from what I have seen so far

The C43 is the same as the C400, and the C450.

As for the integrity if the motor, as long as you purchase from a reputable company that has experience in the Mercedes world you should have no issues.

As long as you regularly maintenance your vehicle and run quality gas you will have no problems whatsoever, except maybe more of a thrill which is why we all want to mod a car in the first place.

Also, yes. The downpipes on our site fit the C43.

If anyone wants to place an order, contact me at jblack@weistec.com

Since I'm not going crazy with this car (meaning bolt ons/tune) any good CAI recommendations? Still bouncing around on tunes.
