there is no way that 10mm spacer works correctly (not on the 19 inch wheels). I have those spacers and they do sit flush with the hub. Please verify that you are not putting yourself in danger and those are mounted correctly.
Also had MB replace my brakes and rotors and there was no problem with fitment using these spacer @ front or rear
they may work on the 18 wheel but they DID NOT on the 19 inch multispoke wheels.
I tried both 10mm (same part number) and 12mm and neither work due to the design of the hub.
Other people have verified on c450's and c63's that 15mm spacer is the required size to fit properly (unless custom spacers). I would definitely double check.
this is the problem with smaller spacers (non-custom)
if they do have the sleeve extended, like the 10's you've posted, then it will fit the hub but not sit flush with the rear mounting surface of the wheel.

This is the issue i had with my coupe. Had to return the 10's and go 15 all around.
So if you have 19 inch wheels 5mm or 15mm are the only options? I dont plan on lowering my car and imagine 15mm might look a bit much if im not lowering and 5mm prob hardly makes a difference. Anyone with pics of stock 19's with 5mm spacers?

I ran 5/15 f/r on the stock wheels. rear is a hair too much with those specs.
I also ran 8's for a short time. Those require a wheel hanger, etc. to get a proper mount - but should would (I wouldn't recommend it).
So the front wheels I have coming are 8.5's w/ a 40et. Was just going to run a 10mm spacer and be done with it but now that I've actually read this thread, that seems like a bit of a challenge? I'm very confused here. Anyone help? Also, going to be on H&R springs with 235/35 tires if that makes any difference or helps

depends on wheel. If they are bored to 66.6 without hubrings etc. you will run into the same problem with the 10mm spacers as people have with the stock wheels. 8mm non hub-centric spacers will work but you will have to fight vibrations and ensure mounting is perfect because it won't much of any hub to sit on (I wouldn't recommend it).
235/40 would be a more appropriate tire size. and I would recommend a 265/35 for the rear on H&R's at that offset.
That way you can keep the rolling diameter the same between the front and rear and be closer to stock than a 235/35 would be.
It sounds like you need to re-evaluate the front wheels.
