tire pressures will go up about 3-4 PSI when tires are up to temperature. You can check in the service screen.

there are pressure sensors and you can simply start making time runs and see how time will go down noticeably after several runs (thats ofc when you start with cold tires, not after couple laps on track )

I have no idea how they get 4.1s. Even with one foot rollout it seems too low.
