Do the rear seats fold down?
Tried to find this on MBUSA but no luck, and after reading many reviews on the C43 Coupe they never mention it, do the seats fold?

yes, the rear seats on the coupe fold down.

are there still cars made where the rear seats don't fold down?

The Alfa Romeo Giulia does not have folding rear seats as standard, and the option isn't available at all on the Quadrifoglio. I noticed this in one of the many MB/BMW/Alfa comparison tests.

This. Release levers are on the roof inside the trunk. If you only want the center folded down, this releases from the back seat.
